Tony Qian
Tony Qian (Chi-yan) is a PhD Candidate at Princeton's Program in Plasma Physics. Prior to joining Princeton, he worked at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory modeling plasma thrusters for space travel, and at fusion start up Tri Alpha Energy as a Diagnostics Specialist. At PPPL, Tony is fortunate to work with a small team building Project MUSE, the world's first permanent magnet stellarator. He also contributes to Trinity3D, an open-source turublent profile predictor for tokamaks and stellarators. Tony is funded by the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship.
