Pamela Franklin
Dr Pamela Franklin leads the Non-CO2 Programs Branch at the US Environmental Protection Agency. Pamela pitched the concept for, and supporting the launch of, the “Global Methane Pledge,” a new, ambitious global effort to address methane, announced by President Biden at COP26 in 2021. She graduated from Princeton in 1991 with a degree in Chemical Engineering and holds a PhD in Energy and Resources from University of California, Berkeley.
