Pamela Frank, Senior Vice President of Gabel Associates, has more than 20 years of experience in sustainability issues. She focuses on efforts related to the development of renewable energy, advanced technology, and energy efficiency projects. She also supports regulatory, policy, and analytical activities for these markets. Ms. Frank serves as CEO of ChargEVC, a non-profit coalition promoting sustainable growth of the EV market. She has served as a key stakeholder in the development of the solar energy market in New Jersey, one of the largest and most innovative markets in the nation. Since 2004, She has worked closely with the NJ Board of Public Utilities, legislative leadership, and the Governor’s Office to support the successful passage of renewable-related bills.
