Noah Broestl

Noah Broestl is Partner & Associate Director of Responsible AI at Boston Consulting Group where he focuses on developing robust and responsible AI programs across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining BCG, Noah spent 13 years at Google where he worked in Maps and Research, focused primarily on infrastructure engineering, abuse response, artificial intelligence, and responsibility. His most recent role was leading Safety evaluation in generative AI technologies. Noah holds degrees in multiple technical and non-technical disciplines and most recently received a Masters in Practical Ethics from the University of Oxford where he wrote his thesis on Requirements for Explanations in AI Systems to Foster Trust and Protect Personal Autonomy.
